Program Directors and Station Managers:
Over 277 Australians drowned last year. Drowning incidents occur all year round in a variety of locations. Australians are very active in water related recreational activities and it only takes a few centimetres of water to cover a person's face for them to drown. Royal Life Saving has produced an exciting series of polished and professional Community Service Announcements, available in MP3 format, for radio stations to use however and whenever they wish to promote water safety.
