The current edition of the Royal Life Saving Society Competition Handbook is available to download in pdf format or is available to buy in hard copy ($35.00 inc GST plus postage and handling) by contacting the National Office on (02) 8217 3111 or emailing RLSSport.

This document provides all information to branches and athletes attending a Royal Life Saving Pool Lifesaving Competition and for Host Branches to conduct a successful Pool Lifesaving Event.
