Royal Life Saving NSW was the first ‘life saving’ organisation in Australia, originating in 1894.
For the Aquatics Industry, Royal Life Saving NSW is the state’s principal organisation in vocational training. As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO: 90666), Royal Life Saving is committed to providing quality training outcomes to support the Aquatic and Recreation Industry, as well as the community at large.
Royal Life Saving NSW has a wider partner network who delivers services to the community of NSW and beyond. This is made up of NSW Government support, professional suppliers, training partners, professional staff and volunteer examiners. Each of these groups contributes significantly to saving lives and creating everyday community lifesavers.
