Royal Life Saving is Australia’s largest provider of water safety education. Every day, our programs are delivered in schools, pools and community centres by qualified Royal Life Saving instructors and examiners. Our education programs are designed to build awareness of dangers in a range of aquatic environments and to arm students with valuable water safety and lifesaving skills used in both prevention and rescue.
Royal Life Saving has a diverse range of programs available to both primary and secondary school students which can be easily incorporated into your school curriculum. Key education programs taught in schools include Resuscitation and Emergency Care, First Aid, Swim and Survive, Water Smart, Bronze Medallion and Advanced Life Saving.
Skills and knowledge learnt through our award strands can lead to workplace and vocational pathways for a career in the aquatics industry.
