Royal Life Saving Australia, on behalf of the National Aquatic Industry Committee, hosted a virtual launch of the National Aquatic Industry Workforce Report 2025 — the most comprehensive research to date on the workforce underpinning Australia’s aquatic facilities.
Held on Thursday 25 September 2025 at 12:00 pm AEST, the webinar presented key findings from a national survey of over 6,000 industry professionals, combined with workforce modelling and analysis. The report explores workforce capacity, training, diversity, retention, and the opportunities and challenges shaping the sector’s future.
