Registration details

Registration includes:

• All morning and afternoon teas and lunches during the program
• Certificate of participation (if required)

All rates quoted include GST and are in Australian dollars.

Delegates at the Forum will be required to register for one of the stream sessions.

1. The Drowning Prevention Planning stream will focus on the development of a multisectoral drowning prevention plan and is intended to bring together community groups, governments and the water safety sector to focus on reducing the incidence of drowning across SE QLD. (50 capacity)
2. The Aquatic Facility Safety stream will bring together leaders from aquatic facilities and swim schools across SE QLD with the aim of sharing best practices in aquatic facility safety and risk management. (80 capacity)

Capacity is limited to total 130 participants across both streams.

Delegates can only attend one stream or the other and will not be able to move between streams throughout the event, as each session builds on the previous. Likewise there is no option for a single day registration.

Registration Terms and Conditions

PHOTO RELEASE

For promotional purposes, photographs and media will be taken during the leadup, delivery and post-event.

These images will remain the property of Royal Life Saving Society - Australia and/or media organisations and may be used to promote Royal Life Saving’s programs and activities in published material, including media and online media.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the organisers prior to the event.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment Terms are 7 Days.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Substitution:
If your circumstances change and you can no longer attend the event, you are welcome to nominate a substitute to attend at no additional cost by Monday 8th May 2023.

Cancellation:
You are entitled to a refund if the cancellation is received on or before Monday 8th May 2023.

However, refunds will be processed with a A$50 service charge applied per person of cancellation.

Cancellations received after Monday 8th May 2023 are not eligible for refunds.
